Probate valuations
Residential and commercial probate reports for executors, solicitors, accountants and estate administrators.
Reports are prepared to meet what HMRC expects on an inheritance tax return: a valuation as at the date of death, supported by comparable evidence and clearly reasoned.
An estate valuation is read by people who were not there when it was made. It has to stand on its own.
