Why we use it, and our lawful basis

To answer your enquiry. Lawful basis: consent, which you give by ticking the box on the form, and our legitimate interest in responding to people who contact us about our services.
To send a guide you asked for. Lawful basis: consent. As stated on the form, we do not add you to a mailing list and there is no follow-up sequence.
To keep a record of professional instructions. Where an enquiry becomes an instruction, we keep records to meet our professional and legal obligations. Lawful basis: legal obligation and legitimate interest.

Probate and estate enquiries

Enquiries about probate and estate valuations may include information about a person who has died and about their family. We treat this information as confidential and restrict access to it.
