Meridian Land & Property Ltd assists clients in making informed decisions relating to land, property and infrastructure. We were set up to work where property ownership, development and infrastructure meet, which is where most of the cost surprises sit.
Valuation and infrastructure are usually handled by different people, at different stages, often after the price has been agreed. That is how a site gets bought before anyone has established what runs under it, or what rights are recorded against it.
We work across both, so the valuation advice and the constraint advice come from the same place and arrive early enough to change a decision.
